You can start taking the tablets on any day of the cycle. However, then the protection will not be preserved immediately. When taking the pills from the first pack, you should use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom. It should be borne in mind that spotting or intracyclic bleeding may occur on the day of the expected menstruation.
