Do nettle and horsetail infusions weaken the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning, does drinking nettle and horsetail herbs reduce the effect of evra contraceptive patches? Is it possible to take supplements in the form of a ready-made set of vitamins and minerals when using the patches, if so, the best one, ?maybe you can recommend something, I am 40 years old. Thank you for your reply.

It has not been proven that nettle and horsetail extracts and infusions could adversely affect the effectiveness of hormonal methods of contraception, which include the Evra contraceptive patch. There are also no contraindications to vitamin and mineral supplementation when using contraceptive patches. Below you will find links with examples of preparations containing a set of vitamins and minerals, which will allow you to compare their prices in individual pharmacies and buy the drug online: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/24403/doppelherz-aktiv-a-z-retard-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86987/falvit-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87962/centrum-ona-tabletki/apteki We wrote more about whether you need to supplement vitamins and minerals in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-trzeba-suplementowac-witaminy-i-mineraly
