Is a faster heart rate possible through Orgametril and can I take Hydroxyzine with such stimulation?

Is a faster heart rate possible with Orgametril? I feel very energized, this is my 3rd day taking this 2x1 drug because of prolonged bleeding caused by spontaneous abortion. I take bibloc 1.25mg for mild arrhythmia and I wonder if with such stimulation I am allowed to take hydroxyzine?
