If the pain persists after the first tablet, you can take another tablet, as the initial recommended dose according to medical sources is 2 tablets of Poltram Combo (equivalent to 75 mg tramadol and 650 mg paracetamol). However, the dosage should be individually adjusted according to the severity of pain and sensitivity to the drug by the patient. The smallest dose should be given that effectively relieves pain, apparently the dose contained in one tablet is too weak for you and does not fulfill its role. Please note that we can take a maximum of 8 tablets a day. It is best if we do it at intervals of 6 hours - and such an interval in the next application please apply.
