Not taking a break between Evra patches increases the risk of side effects such as irregular spotting. This does not affect the contraceptive efficacy of the drug. Prolonged use of the patches does not cause ovulation and the risk of pregnancy. The decision on the possible continuous use of contraception should be made after consulting a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28646/evra-system-transdermalny/apteki In case the spotting persists, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. You can also use the teleadvice offered m.in by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of Evra. Reporting adverse reactions allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
