Yes, you can use Magne B6 with Prokit or Hydroxyzine. Prokit and Hydroxyzine are prescription drugs, their joint use should take place in a situation where the doctors prescribing the preparations had knowledge about all the drugs used. Itopride (the active substance of Prokit) affects the motility of the gastrointestinal tract, there should be a time interval between taking Prokit and other drugs, min. 2h. Hydroxyzine may reduce the effect of Prokit, caution should be exercised when using these drugs at the same time and also remember about the time interval in taking medications.
