Hello, I have been taking antibiotic pylera for 5 days. I developed neck/neck stiffness and a slight headache. Should I stop treatment in this situation? I see that several other people have recently had a problem with such ailments after this drug.

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, headache is a common side effect of Pylera: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65474/pylera-kapsulki/ulotka/34163 However, I do not find information in the medical literature regarding neck/neck stiffness. If you are concerned about the effects of the medicine, it is best to talk to your doctor about it, who is familiar with your health in detail. Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with the current state of health of the patient. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over medicines available on the market.
