What does spotting mean on the 8th pack of Vines tablets?

What does spotting mean with 8 packs of Vines tablets? Today is the 14th day of active pills (yellow) and I have spotting/scant bleeding. This is my 8th pack of the drug and I had such situations only at the beginning of using Vines. After the first two months, such situations did not occur. Could this bleeding be a cause for concern? What can it mean?

For the first few months of taking Vines, you may experience unexpected bleeding (bleeding outside the placebo treatment period). If such bleeding persists for more than a few months or if it starts after a few months, the doctor should investigate the cause. Bleeding and spotting when using contraception even for a long time may simply be the result of taking hormones and do not necessarily mean something bad. However, contact with a gynecologist is advisable because other causes of this state of affairs must be ruled out, such as cervical ailments, vaginal inflammation and infections, diseases of the reproductive organ. I enclose more information about Vines tablets, which can be booked through GdziePoLek online and collected stationary upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
