Liberelle is a preparation registered as oral contraception and this is the indication for its use. Reduction of acne lesions may be a "side" effect of this drug, but there may also be skin problems that are an adverse effect resulting from taking hormonal contraception. There are tablets that are used to treat severe acne and seborrhea (e.g. Diane-35). Discuss with your doctor the possibility of changing your contraception.
