Tylenol is a drug containing paracetamol - an analgesic and antipyretic component that can be used even in infants. A safe dose for children is selected based on their body weight. I am not able to answer the question whether the medicine you have is safe, because I do not have information from where it was obtained (or directly from the pharmacy?) and how it was stored and under what conditions it was transported.
