I have been using Evra patches since October 27, that's when menstruation began, since then I have been bleeding/spotting all the time - is this normal?

Good morning I have been using evra patches since October 27, that's when menstruation began, since then all the time bloody/staining. The planned menstruation should already be over, but unfortunately blood still appears. Is this normal? This is the 29th day where the bleeding has not stopped. When will the bleeding/spotting end? Do I need to change my contraception?

Hormonal contraception can cause cycle disorders, especially for the first 3-4 months after starting use. This is manifested, m.in, by irregular bleeding, mid-cycle spotting. Usually, such side effects disappear spontaneously after several cycles, but if the situation does not improve, a medical consultation (and perhaps a change in contraception) will be indicated.
