Can Duracef cause vomiting?

Good morning. I have been taking Duracef for strep throat for 4 days. After the first dose, after about an hour, I vomited. The second and third dose without a problem. Today another and again after more than an hour vomiting. Could this be due to the side effects of the drug? I know that in the leaflet this symptom is mentioned, but I have usually never had problems with vomiting after medication. I must admit that it is very tiring. Best regards.
