Good morning. I am being treated for neurosis and it is hard for me to believe the doctor through intrusive thoughts. Every day I take mirtagen 15 mg, temporarily at worse times I have to take Lorazepan, can these drugs be combined? Whether to take them at some interval, I mean that let's say that late in the evening I will feel bad I will take Lorazepan or in an hour let's say I will be able to take my drug mirtagen because I only take it for the night.

Yes, when using Mirtagen, Lorazepam can be taken on an ad hoc basis. Due to the fact that both drugs have a fairly strong effect on the nervous system, it is advisable to maintain a time interval in their intake. Ideally, this time should be about 3 hours. However, if it happens that this period will be shorter, this should not cause adverse interactions - provided that it is not a frequent event. Side effects resulting from the combination of both drugs include, m.in, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, problems with concentration. In this case, it is best to contact your doctor and determine further proceedings. Please remember that medication should not be discontinued "on your own".
