Hello, I took one sachet of Alugastrin, it feels strange more burning my esophagus belly etc. I have a question whether this is how it is supposed to work?

I have the same thing. After alugastrin 3 forte, my stomach hurts and there is a greater burning sensation in the swallow, in my case the drug increases the symptoms, does not decrease.

Alugastrin 3 Forte sachets should work in the opposite way than you described - eliminate burning, coat the digestive tract and prevent gastric contents from retreating into the esophagus.
