From the date when fertilization could have occurred - that is, from the date of intercourse that could result in fertilization. After 19 days from the intercourse, the result of the examination will already be reliable.
I do not understand the term "expected fertilization"? In that case, another question - how many days can fertilization occur after intercourse? I have no way of calculating the possible ovulation/fertilization time since the injections block menstruation and I have no point of reference like the lady who asked the question to which I was directed.
