I cannot find any information that the day of the week is relevant to the start of Xtandi therapy. You may have received some specific guidelines from your doctor - in which case please follow them. Xtandi is used in the drug program - perhaps it is about synchronizing therapy with follow-up visits and dispensing the drug.
