The drug Olfen contains diclofenac, a drug belonging to the so-called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Please note that if you have stomach problems while using this medicine, you should see a doctor, as this may indicate irritation of the gastric mucosa. This is increased by the concomitant use of Xarelto. I pay attention to use Olfen before a meal, which will have a beneficial effect on the stomach in terms of protection. In addition, I also pay attention to monitor whether there is bleeding when using Olfen and Xarelto at the same time. If you observe bleeding, e.g. from the nose or gums, contact your doctor. The antibiotic Augmentin is used correctly every 12 hours. Please remember to use the probiotic for two weeks after the end of the antibiotic treatment. This will prevent possible diarrhea. I pay attention not to drink the probiotic with a hot liquid. For ease of reference, I also suggest moving the time you take Doxar to an earlier time if taking doxar causes you to get up at night.
