Should I stop taking Estrofem and Progesterone Besins after bleeding?

I didn't have menstruation for over a year. Once again I take esteofem and progesterone besins. I got a month-hurrah. Should I stop taking these medications or should I continue to take them? I have a visit scheduled for February only, I can not find out by phone, unfortunately.
