Is it possible to alternate dexak and skudex? The doctor recommended skudex for the evening and dexak temporarily? Is it safe?

Skudexa is a drug that combines two active substances dexketoprofen - a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and tramadol - an opioid analgesic. Such a combination of substances allows the occurrence of an analgesic effect at lower doses than would be necessary when taking each of the substances separately. The active substance of Dexaku is dexketoprofen. Prescribing the same active substance in two preparations may raise doubts, unconscious repetition of the same ingredient may contribute to exceeding the maximum daily doses, however, in selected cases there is a combination of two drugs containing the same active substance. If your doctor has consciously recommended taking Skudexy with Deczak and explain the dosage regimen, please follow the instructions given by him. I suspect that the doctor recommended the use of Skudexy and the emergency intake of Dexaku to limit the use of a two-component drug and not to use more than one substance from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. This procedure is aimed at reducing the risk of side effects and at the same time providing the possibility of analgesic treatment in the case of increased pain. These are my suspicions about what the doctor may have meant, in case of further doubts about the use of both drugs, you should consult the doctor prescribing the preparations.
