Can I skip placebo pills/breaks during contraception? How will this affect fertility?

I have been taking vixpo tablets for over 2 years and have no side effects. I wanted to ask if I want to postpone the period and this year I do it 4 times it lowers the fertility? I already explain how I postpone the period: there are 28 tablets in the blister, I always skip the white ones and start taking another package and wait basically 48 days for menstruation (to the next white ones from 2 packs)

It is not recommended to skip placebo or 7 day tablets for more than 3 cycles, as mid-cycle bleeding and spotting may occur. You can postpone bleeding within a year and skip pills in one cycle as you do and this should not affect fertility. However, there are no studies whether total omission could affect the woman's body in any way, so if you were considering a longer / continuous omission, it would be worth consulting a doctor. It is worth considering long-term reversible contraceptives such as intrauterine devices or contraceptive implants.
