What is better to apply to memory, reduction of stress and fatigue at a young age, Ashwagandhe or Lecithin?

Hello. I have a question about Ashwagandha and lecithin. Which one would be better with problems with memory, concentration, stress and fatigue at a young age? And can I take them when treated with Axotret?

Ashwagandha is a raw material that has the effect of reducing anxiety, facilitates falling asleep and improves the quality of sleep, in healthy people it reduces the level of cortisol. These are activities that have evidence in scientific publications. The presence of choline in preparations with lecithin is responsible for maintaining proper nerve conduction, which results in better functioning of the nervous system and improved concentration. Lecithin will work well if the primary problem is impaired concentration and memory. If they are the result of stress and fatigue, in my opinion, preparations containing Ashwagandhe will reduce anxiety related to stress and improve the quality of sleep, which may turn out that the use of supplements for memory and concentration will not be necessary. There are no reports of interaction between Lecithin and Ahwagandha with Axotret. Due to the rarely studied incompatibilities of supplements with drugs, it is recommended to maintain a time interval of about 2-3 hours between the preparations taken.
