What time to put on the new Ginoring album?
I use the Ginoring contraceptive disc. I always put it in and pull it out at +/- 5:00 p.m. on Mondays (I say +/- because I always try not to make it a greater deviation than 3 hours). Today (Monday) I took it out at 22:00. So can I put it on next Monday at my fixed time, which is 5:00 p.m., or should I take a new time - 10:00 p.m.?
