Is it possible to change Propranolol to Metocard overnight?

I have angina and supraventricular tachycard.bralam Metocard zk 23 75 1× per day. The cardiologist changed me ba Propranolol 2×1 . I had to see if I would feel sorry. However, it seems to me that it is worse. Can I just change the cure. Do you slowly increase the dose of Propranolol and only take Metocard?

Since both medicines are available on prescription, your doctor should decide whether to stop taking the medicine or change the dosage regimen. Theoretically, there are no contraindications to changing Propranolol to Metocard overnight. However, as I mentioned, it is worth agreeing with your doctor.
