Is it possible to take iron and omega-3 acids together, e.g. for dinner?

Good morning. Is it possible to combine iron and omega 3 acids with each other? For example, until lunch.

It is not recommended to give iron together with meals, because the ingredients contained in food may weaken its absorption. In turn, omega-3 acids are best given with a meal containing fats, because thanks to this their bioavailability will be better. Therefore, the preparation with iron should be taken on an empty stomach or between meals, and omega-3 acids together with a meal rich in fats, e.g. lunch.
