No, a single intake of ibuprofen while taking Beto 25 ZK should not be associated with any side effects. A higher risk exists with chronic use of these drugs at the same time (e.g. in patients with rheumatic diseases requiring long-term use of anti-inflammatory drugs) - then the effect of lowering the pressure after Beto ZK may be weaker.
