Hello. I gave birth 3.5 months ago. I breastfeed all the time. I don't have menstruation. Does limetic work right away or how?

After 7 days from the start of the use of tablets, the protection will already be preserved. For Limetic tablets, protection is maintained immediately if they were taken by the 28th day after delivery. In your case, the therapy began 3.5 months after delivery, so for the first 7 days of taking the pills, an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom should be used.
