Can muscle tremors be the cause of pain when using Mozarin?

Hello. He has been taking Mozarin for several months. First 5mg now 7.5mg I also have locomotor neuropathies, I take alphalipoic acid R. There were no major problems before increasing the dose of mozarin. Now both my hands hurt, it swells. The symptoms are stronger than I had before starting acid therapy. In the leaflet of mozarin there is information that there may be a muscle tremor. Could this be the cause of the pain? I will add that I have not gained weight since I take mozarin.

When you use Mozarin often - but in no more than 1 in 10 people ) - you will experience muscle and joint pain (arthralgia, myalgie). Swelling of the arms and legs is an uncommon but possible side effect - it can affect up to 1 in 100 people. Involuntary muscle movements or tremors are another type of side effect. The tremors would be felt by you. The dose of Mozarin you are taking is still not very high - in some cases the dose is gradually increased to 20 mg per day. However, if the problems arose exactly at the time of switching to a higher dose, it is best to talk about it with the psychiatrist who deals with your case.
