Should I be concerned if I have had mid-cycle spotting after 1.5 years of using Naraya Plus?

Hello, I noticed mid-cycle spotting last night while taking birth control pills. This is the first such situation, and I have been taking the same pills (naraya plus) for 1.5 years, should this bother me? I will add that I take the tablets regularly and mark each tablet taken in the calendar, so there is no question of skipping.

To @Myślicielka: In the first place, the doctor will probably expand the diagnosis with additional tests. If the test results will be normal, then you can consider changing the tablets to others.

So if you observe something like this in the future, you should consult a possible change of tablets to others?

One-time spotting when using tablets should not bother. If the situation will be repeated in subsequent cycles, you should consult a gynecologist. Since you use the drug regularly, the protection is maintained despite the observed spotting. Please note that the risk of this type of side effect increases with the duration of therapy. Therefore, it is worth informing the doctor about the observed side effects at the next visit. You should observe your body.
