When changing Orlifique to Microgynon 21, is the anticonception still preserved?

Good morning, I took Orlifique contraceptive pills for 1.5 years, but they began to harm me at some point, namely, despite taking active pills, there was bleeding and the doctor changed them to Microgynon 21. My question is, if after a week of taking Orlifique active pills there were spotting that lasted 3 weeks, counting also in the third week of withdrawal bleeding and after this 7-day break I started taking Microgynon 21 - was I protected from the first tablet of new tablets?

If the pills from both packs of medicines have been used regularly and correctly, then yes, contraceptive protection should be maintained. I leave the ropes for the video related to the topic:
