Can the fact that I had spotting 2 weeks ago contribute to the delay of withdrawal bleeding?

I finished 3 packs of Vines tablets and there was no bleeding but 2 weeks ago there was spotting with slight pain in the lower abdomen as with the period, can it delay the bleeding now? All tablets were taken regularly.

In the first 3-4 months of using the tablets, spotting and mid-cycle bleeding may appear - withdrawal bleeding may not occur on time. Nevertheless, it is difficult to predict whether the fact that you have recently developed spotting will result in the absence or postponement of withdrawal bleeding.
