What if I lost my Polaring disc in the 4th week of the cycle, after skipping the break?
Last Friday I should have pulled out the Polaring disc, but in order to avoid withdrawal bleeding, I immediately put on another one. Being in the first week of the new album, this one came out in the morning, I do not know how many hours, so I assume that for more than 3. So how to behave towards the leaflet? Consider this week as 1, 2 or 3 weeks of application and how to behave properly?

For @Ania: Putting the puck back is also acceptable, except that contraceptive protection remains weakened and additional contraceptive methods should be used for the next 7 days. After 3 weeks of using the disc, you should take a 7-day break and put on a new disc.
Can I, for example, change the disc to a new one now and use additional contraceptive methods for a week?
How to make contraception preserved?
What if I acted as if it was the first week? So I left the puck and I'm protecting myself for the next week. Should I pull it out and replace it with a new one, or pull it out and count the break as if it had been uncatinous since yesterday and put on another one on Tuesday?

In such a situation, you proceed as in the 3rd week of the cycle. After the disc falls out, you can take a 7-day break (counting from the day of its spontaneous prolapse) and after this time start a new cycle - if for the previous 7 days the disc was used continuously contraceptive protection should be maintained.
