Gynoxin - I put a vaginal globule on the second day, in total at night. I was awakened at night by a rather strong stomach ache in my lower abdomen. Several times stronger than menstrual pain. Is this a cause for concern?

Gynoxin is generally well tolerated and its use should not cause strong, several times stronger than menstrual pain in the lower abdomen. After inserting the capsule into the vagina, a mild, transient burning sensation may occur. Very rarely (less than 1 in 10,000 people) there may be burning, erythema, itching, rash. Hypersensitivity at the application site may occur with unknown frequency. Since properly used Gynoxin Optima is practically not absorbed from the vagina, systemic effects, including the induction of pain, are not expected. Such an effect is not described in the documentation of the drug. Although some rare side effects may not be listed in the leaflet, it seems that the pain may be rather related to the course of the infection for which Ms. Gynoxin used. Severe pain should prompt you to contact a gynecologist.
