Do I need to repeat the calprotectin test in the stool if I have previously taken Paracetamol?

Please help. I was ordered by a doctor to test calprotectin in the stool, but the doctor did not inform me about the need to stop certain medications. From what I have only now read, the results are influenced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Due to the lack of knowledge, on the day of taking a stool sample, I took paracetamol (sinus theraflus). The result came out calprotectin 181 ug (norm

Paracetamol does not belong to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - it has only analgesic and antipyretic effects. It is best to tell the doctor at the follow-up visit what drug was used before the examination - perhaps there will be no need to do a repetition.
