Macromax is not mentioned as one of the debilitating contraceptive effects of Rigevidon, you should take it as directed by your doctor. Incorrect use of antibiotics contributes to the spread of bacterial resistance and less effective treatment. To be sure, when using contraceptive pills and taking an antibiotic at the same time, it is recommended to use an additional method of protection against pregnancy (e.g. condoms) for the duration of the treatment and for 7 days from the end.
