Is there a possibility that Betmiga is not working for me?

I take betmige 6 weeks and there is no improvement, I still go to the bathroom at least 6.7 times at night , is there a possibility that this drug does not work for me at all?

For @Misqa: Any treatment in some cases may prove ineffective, e.g. due to a drug poorly selected for the cause of the disease, too low a dose, failure of the patient to adhere to the prescribed dosage.
