Yes, Echinasal can be used simultaneously with Nurofen forte. Below I attach the dosage of Echinasal for the treatment of infections: Children from 3 to 7 years – only after consulting a doctor. Children from 7 to 12 years – 2 times a day for 1 tablespoon (15 ml), adolescents over 12 years and adults – 3 to 4 times a day for 1 tablespoon (15 ml). The duration of the treatment should not exceed 10 days. If the symptoms worsen or do not go away after a few days, you should consult a doctor. Prophylactically, Echinasal is used half of the therapeutic doses for a period of no more than 20 days.
