What should I do if, after changing from Atywia Daily to Liberelle, I do not have withdrawal bleeding?

I changed the contraceptive pill from Atywia Daily to Liberelle. Liberelle I take the first month. Three days ago I should have been bleeding, but it's still not there. My stomach hurts as for the period but you can see only white mucus gestures I will add that before changing the pills I did not have intercourse, and when taking Liberelle, the partner did not finish inside

According to the available information, irregular bleeding, spotting or absence of withdrawal bleeding may occur in the first months of taking Liberelle tablets. The adaptation period usually lasts about 3 cycles. If the lack of withdrawal bleeding persists after this time, you should see a gynecologist to find the cause of the problem.
