When I take magnesium tablets, I start to feel strange. So heart palpitations, dizziness, nystagmus and strange fears I get. My mom has the same symptoms. I have no choice of magnesium and potassium, because after consuming vegetables wrapped in it, I have such symptoms as above. Even tomatoes or radishes can not touch. Is it some kind of allergy or what? The family doctor doesn't know either.
