What can menstruation mean, which lasts already 10 days?

Hello. During the last pack of Vines contraceptive pills I had intercourse on the 12th day and took the 15th pill 12 hours after the time... earlier on the 9th day there was also a delay of 5 hours. After finishing the blister, I threw away the placebo pills and started another blister all over again. Menstruation has occurred that lasts already 10 days, from 4 days it is more spotting.. at the moment I do not have the opportunity to visit. I will add that earlier I had such a problem when I had a polyp ... can it be it?

With Vines tablets, "skipping" is when the yellow tablet is taken with a delay of more than 12 hours. If you forget tablet 15, take the missed tablet and you can do two things. The lady chose the option: finish taking the yellow tablets from the blister, throw away the placebo tablets, start taking the tablets from the next blister right away. If you follow the recommendation, you are still protected from becoming pregnant. I'm not sure what you mean by "could this be it?". If you are afraid of pregnancy, it is best to simply perform a pregnancy test: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/test-ciazowy If you are worried about the possibility of a polyp, then there is no other option than a visit to a gynecologist, because this type of ailment is diagnosed on ultrasound. Without a direct examination, unfortunately, nothing more can be said. From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can only answer that when using contraceptive pills, there is no physiological menstruation, but withdrawal bleeding. When the packs are combined, withdrawal bleeding occurs after you finish taking the tablets from the second pack – while taking green placebo tablets, however, spotting or midcyclic bleeding may occur when taking the tablets from the second blister.
