If I took this spare pill because I was afraid that due to reflux its effectiveness would be reduced, what should I do now? Skip the placebo pills or, as always, finish the whole blister?

If vomiting has not occurred, then there are no indications for taking an additional tablet. Impaired absorption can occur if the tablet or part of it is excreted from the body along with vomit.
