Hello. Does the withdrawal of food content without vomiting a moment after taking the contraceptive pill "Slinda" affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception? Do I need to take a tablet from a spare blister?

Subsequent tablets should be taken at a fixed time. In the case described, there is no need to skip placebo tablets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101505/slinda-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I encourage you to read additional opinions on this topic: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/71201/vines-czy-odbicie-po-posilku-godzine-po-zazyciu-tabletki-antykoncepcyjnej-moze https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/55303/czy-odbijanie-ma-wplyw-na-skutecznosc-tabletek-antykoncepcyjnych
If I took this spare pill because I was afraid that due to reflux its effectiveness would be reduced, what should I do now? Skip the placebo pills or, as always, finish the whole blister?

If vomiting has not occurred, then there are no indications for taking an additional tablet. Impaired absorption can occur if the tablet or part of it is excreted from the body along with vomit.
