Can I reduce my dose of Trittico if my heart rate is too low?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with anxiety with panic attacks for 2 weeks I take for the night trittico 75 and in the morning seronil 10 since yesterday I have a low heart rate at rest 50-60 visit to a specialist I have only next Wednesday. Added to this are dizziness. I do not know what to do or reduce the dose of trittico to 1/3 or 2/3 tablet. During the day it is tolerable as I am constantly on the move, but in the evening it drops terribly I have the impression of tingling.
