Good morning, do I have to take PPIs at the perfect time, e.g. 6.00 in the morning, or depending on how I get up, it can be a different time? Of course, I mean a drug that is to be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal.

You do not have to use the medicine ideally at the same time, e.g. at 6.00 am. It is important that the drug is taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before the first meal, while the one you get up at - does not matter much. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/atc/A02BC/inhibitory-pompy-protonowej
