Anemia is not a contraindication to the use of Oroes and does not increase the likelihood of its side effects. Side effects can occur with any medicine and usually disappear spontaneously within the first few weeks. If you have observed any side effects of the drug, you should report them. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg lost-side-effect-0 I attach a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/anemia-jak-leczyc-niedokrwistosc
