Polpril (contains the active substance ramipril) does not cause a loss of potassium - on the contrary, it is possible to find a higher than usual concentration of potassium in the blood in laboratory tests when using this drug. The combination of Polpril and Cardilopin should take place if you receive such a recommendation from your doctor. Both drugs lower blood pressure, so taking them together will intensify this effect. If both drugs are prescribed by the same doctor, this is generally intentional, beneficial and expected - for example, in patients in whom the use of one drug for hypertension is inadvisable or unfavorable. However, you should not "choose" prescription drugs yourself, including drugs for hypertension.
