If I skip the 7-day break in the use of Evra patches, will there definitely be no period?
Please veryoo reply. I use Evra patches 2 month (from June) currently I have glued 3 patch peeling falls out 31 (on Sundays) I would like to postpone my period. I know that I have to stick 4 slice immediately after downloading 3 (whether the period will certainly not occur then ???) Do I use the patches so briefly can I make a shift? And whether after this 4 patches I can take a 1/2 or maybe 3 month break from Evra patches ????

When using hormonal contraception, there is no typical menstruation, and withdrawal bleeding, caused by a break in taking hormones (7-day break without a patch). Therefore, if a break is missed, withdrawal bleeding will not occur. Unfortunately, this is associated with the risk of mid-cycle bleeding and spotting in the following weeks when using the patches, so there is a small risk of bleeding despite the omission of the break. The break can be skipped regardless of how long this method of contraception is used. It is best to consult a gynecologist about putting the patches/ taking a longer break. In this case, the return to the use of patches will take place in the same way as in the case of starting their use - on the first day of menstruation.
