Dulaglutide, which is contained in Trulicity, delays the emptying of the stomach and may affect the rate of absorption of concomitant oral medicines. In pharmacological studies, dulaglutide at doses up to 1.5 mg had no clinically significant effect on the absorption of the investigational oral drugs. There are no contraindications to the use of both drugs at the same time, if they have been prescribed by a doctor. In addition, duloxetine, contained in Dulsevia, is used to treat neuropathic pain in diabetes.
