Hello. For two weeks, he has been using different contraceptive pills than before. Yesterday, on the occasion of bathing, I noticed on the nipple a slightly reddened as if slightly reddened little different from the color of the nipple like an ankle. It does not hurt does not burn, does not itch or increase in size. It's also not hard or I don't feel any lumps. Just as if it wasn't there. Maybe it's the fault of poorly selected pills? Are there grounds for concern?

When using contraceptive pills, breast swelling or tenderness sometimes occurs. I have not seen that in adverse reactions it was declared that hormonal contraception causes "pustules" on the nipples. The change you described seems very subtle and has no distinctive features. It is difficult to answer whether it may be related to the use of tablets. Physiologically, around the nipple (within the areola) there are outlets of the sebaceous glands visible in the form of small protrusions, sometimes described as "small, white pustules". These are the so-called Montgomery areola glands. Perhaps you noticed just such a gland? If you are sure that the pimple was not there before, its appearance worries you and it will not disappear spontaneously in the near future, then I suggest you consult a change with a gynecologist. I enclose additional information:
