Can I skip the break in using the Nuvaring disc and put on a new disc the day before the break falls?
He uses Nuvaring discs. Removing the puck falls on me on 2.08, but I would like to immediately put the next disc to avoid bleeding from withdrawal, and 1.08 flies out on vacation. Could I change the disc of this 1.08 to avoid its transport (temperature over 30°C)?
