Is it possible to combine the drugs Seronil, Pramolan and Trittico CR?

Is it possible to combine seronil (50mg), Paramolan (50mg) and Trittico CR (25mg)? For several years I have been suffering from an eating disorder for which I take Seronil, recently I was diagnosed with anxiety neurosis for which I was prescribed pramolan. Unfortunately, it increases my appetite. The doctor advised me to take Trittico Cr. Unfortunately, this does not have a calming effect on me, the fears returned. Can I combine these lacquers or do they act on each other exclusively?

According to available sources, the combined use of Seronil, Pramolan and Trittico CR may lead to a risk of cross-drug interactions. Combining Pramolan and Trittico CR with Seronil may lead to an increase in the concentration of Pramolan and Trittico CR in the blood and thus an increase in the side effects resulting from their use. Therefore, you should see your doctor for potential modification of the therapy used.
