Do hormonal inserts regulate menstruation?
Is it possible to use a hormonal IUD in the case of irregular menstruation? I read that it reduces the abundance of menstruation but I have not read anywhere whether it regulates them

In most women, after putting on the IUD, the menstrual bleeding pattern changes. Over time, the use of the IUD in many women leads to the disappearance of menstruation or rare bleeding and the number of women with prolonged, irregular and frequent bleeding decreases.
